Founder and Managing Partner, Hereford Johnson is an experienced private equity backed CEO. He has years of experience in acquiring, starting, and operating businesses. He started with humble beginnings and joined the US Air Force after high school and worked a series of blue collar jobs through college. He spent a number of years as a Management Consultant at Deloitte and Accenture in the IT Strategy and Implementation, and M&A Strategy divisions.
He started his healthcare career by volunteering to support the CEO of a pediatric therapy start up. He fell in love with the industry and pursued an opportunity to acquire and lead two pediatric therapy business as CEO. He has spent career with a mission-driven impact focus, from significant sweat equity to non-profit board governance and contributions to leading Data Science for Good AI projects.
In his spare time, he enjoys helping veterans and entrepreneurs on their journey. He teaches Entrepreneurship at Grand Canyon University and occasionally supports his local community as a substitute teacher. He has a BS and MS in Industrial Engineering and Data Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago and MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
